Composition
Each sachet contains:
- Dioctahedric smectitis - 3000.0 mg;
- excipients: glucose monohydrate, sodium saccharin (Е954), Orange flavouring, vanillin.
- Composition of Orange flavouring: dextrose, taste-and-aroma component (contains natural taste-and-aroma substances and products), anticaking agent: silicon dioxide Е551 (5 %), sodium chloride.

Packaging
3.76 g of the drug in sachets made of the combined material. 10 sachets in a package with the package leaflet.
Storage conditions
Keep the medicine out of reach of children, so that the child cannot see it.
Do not take the medicine after the expiration date (storage date) indicated on the cardboard box and package after the words "best before".
The expiration date is the last day of the given month.
The medicine does not require any special precautions during storage.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ºС.
Do not take the medicine if you notice damage to the package.
Do not dispose of the medicine in the sewer. Ask the pharmacy worker how to dispose of (destroy) the medicine that is no longer needed. These measures will help protect the environment.
Indications for use
For children aged over 2 years:
- The symptomatic treatment for acute diarrhea in the complex therapy with the oral rehydration solution.
For adults:
- The symptomatic treatment for acute diarrhea in adults, in the complex therapy with the oral rehydration solution.
- The symptomatic treatment for chronic diarrhea.
- The symptomatic treatment for abdominal pain related to esophagogastroduodenal and intestinal diseases.
Pharmacotherapeutic group: Antidiarrheal agents. Intestinal adsorbents.
Before use, dissolve the sachet content in water, to obtain a suspension.
The preferable use of the drug:
- after meals - in the event of esophagites;
- in intervals between meals - in the event of other indications.
For children:
- dissolve the sachet content in 50 ml of water and divide into several doses within a day or stir thoroughly with some semi-liquid product: bouillon, compote, purée, baby food.
For adults:
- dissolve the sachet content in a half of glass of water (100 ml).
Treatment for acute diarrhea.
For children:
- aged 2 years and older: 4 sachets a day for 3 days, then 2 sachets a day for 4 days.
For adults:
- on average, 3 sachets a day.
At the begining of the treatment the daily dose may be doubled.
Other indications.
For adults:
- on average, 3 sachets a day.
Recommended course of treatment - 3-7 days.
If one or more doses were missed, renew the administration of the drug under the usual regimen, do not double the dose.
