Composition
Each sachet contains:
- Acetylcysteine - 600 mg;
- excipients: sucrose, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sodium saccharin (Е954), Orange flavouring (dextrose, taste and aromatic component (contains natural taste-and-aroma substances: Flavour Match orange oil, orange 5-fold oil, citral, lemon 4-fold oil, mandarin oil, Argentina lemon oil, acetaldehyde, Valencia orange oil, davana oil, neroli oil, strawberry furanone, maltol, limonene), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide Е551 (5 %), common dietary iodised salt (contains the anticaking agent: potassium ferrocyanide Е536).

Packaging
3 g of powder for oral solution in sachets made of the combined material (transparent PETP + foil + transparent HPPE) or of laminated packing material (transparent PETP + foil + transparent PE).
10 or 20 sachets in a package with the package leaflet.
Storage conditions
Store at the temperature below 25 °С.
Indications for use
Respiratory diseases accompanied by formation of viscous, difficult-to-separate sputum, for example, acute and chronic bronchitis, tracheitis, laryngitis, sinusitis, bronchial asthma and mucoviscidosis (as the adjuvant therapy)
Oral solution.
To dissolve the content of the sachet in, at least, a half of glass of warm water. The solution prepared is a colourless or yellowish liquid with light aroma of orange. The obtained solution should be drunk warm. Food does not influence on the product, so the obtained solution may be administered irrespective of food intake. It is not recommended to mix the obtained solution with other drugs or take it with other drugs. When a sachet is opened, a light smell of sulphur is sensed. Itis typical for the active substance acetylcysteine and has no effect on its action.
The addition intake of liquid intensifies the mucolytic effect of the drug.
The drug is administered irrespective of meals.
The standard dose for acute diseases
Adolescents over 12 years and adults: 600 mg (content of one sachet) once a day.

Long-term treatment
Подростки старше 12 лет и взрослые: по 600 мг (содержимое одного пакета) в сутки. Максимальная продолжительность курса лечения от 3 до 6 месяцев.
При чрезмерном образовании секрета и, как следствие, продолжающемся кашле после 2 недель лечения, рекомендуется исключить другие возможные заболевания, например, злокачественные заболеваний респираторных путей.
Муковисцидоз
Взрослым и детям с 6 летнего возраста: по 600 мг (содержимое одного пакета) 1 раз в сутки.
