Composition
One dose contains:
- Salbutamol - 100 μg;
- excipients: oleic acid, anhydrous ethanol, 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane.

Packaging
An aluminium can containing 200 or 400 doses of 100 μg of Salbutamol, with a dispenser and spray nozzle, with the instruction for use, is placed in the secondary packing - a carton box.
Storage conditions
At the temperature below 25°С. Keep out of reach of children.
The following is not permitted: to expose the can to direct sunlight; to pinch the can; do not disassemble the can or throw it in fire, even the can is empty. Do not freeze.Do not freeze.
Indications for use
The short-term (4 to 6 hours) dilatation of bronchi with the quick onset (approximately within 5 minutes) in the event of respiratory obstruction.
Relief of asthmatic fits in the event of the diseases accompanied by respiratory obstruction, like bronchial asthma.
Prophylaxis of bronchospasm attacks related to the action of an allergen or caused by the physical load.
In the complex therapy of bronchial asthma.
Pharmacotherapeutic group: Bronchodilator – β2-adrenomimetic.
Salbutamol - the spray intended for the inhalation application through mouth only. The patients for whom it is difficult to synchronize breathing with the inhaler use, are additionally recommended to use the spacer - the device to facilitate the introduction of inhalation drugs.
Adults (including elderly patients).
For relief of exacerbation of asthma symptoms, including acute bronchospasm, apply 1 inhalation (100 μg) as the minimal starting dose. If necessary, the dose may be increased upto 200 μg (2 inhalations).
For prophylaxis purposes, 10-15 minutes before the physical load or anticipated contact with allergens, apply 200 μg (2 inhalations).
In case of the long-term supporting therapy it is recommended to apply 200 μg (2 inhalations) 4 times a day. The total daily dose of salbutamol should not exceed 800 μg (8 inhalations).
For the children aged over 12 years the adult doses are applied.
Children aged 4 to 12 years.
For relief of acute bronchospasm apply 1 inhalation (100 μg). If necessary, the dose may be increased upto 200 μg (2 inhalations).
For prophylaxis purposes, 10-15 minutes before the physical load or anticipated contact with allergens, apply 100 μg (1 inhalation), if necessary, the dose may be increased up to 200 μg (2 inhalations).
In case of the long-term supporting therapy it is recommended to apply 200 μg (2 inhalations) 4 times a day. The total daily dose of salbutamol should not exceed 800 μg (8 inhalations).
The increased need in beta-2-agonists may be the evidence of worsened asthma. Under such circumstances it is necessary to review the therapeutic regimen of a patient and consider the necessity in the glucocorticosteroid therapy.
